WATER-COAL  FUEL  PREPARATION

The technology is applied for desintegration of brown and stone coals
and preparation of stable suspensions for water-coal fuel


FLAWS 
OF  CONVENTIONAL  TECHNOLOGIES:

  - multi-stage crushing and refinement procedure;

  - bulky metal-intensive equipment;

  - great variation of fractional components;

  - high energy input – 190-240 kW·h/t.

ADVANTAGES
OF  ELECTRODISCHARGE  DESINTEGRATION:

  - single-stage treatment procedure;

  - energy input to 30 kW·h/t;

  - fraction content: 
  •    from   0 to   50 µm - max. 90%,  
  •    from 50 to 200 µm - max. 10%;

  - demineralization of a suspension in 2 times;

  - production rate of one unit is no less than  1 t/h.
